    We are glad to know that you were able to solve the slow performance issue.

    We appreciate your reporting us what you did right before this issue occurred to you. Thank you very much for your kind offer. It is very nice to receive warm support from HARK user. We are still investigating this issue, collecting information, but so far nothing has come up. If we found anything, we will inform you.
