Hello, I don’t know why but my first topic was mark as spam so I’m creating a new post.

I am using HARK 3.5.0 on Ubuntu 20.04.6 and trying to run practice 1 SSL from the HARK 2024 tutorial on hark website. I use the same files (practice1.wav, tamago_rectf.zip, practice1-1.n) but I get constant 0° azimuth on the source localization graph.

What I am missing? I also tried to change THRESHOLD and number of sound sources parameters but this didn’t change anything. What I am doing wrong? please help.

        We apologize for any inconvenience.

        With your inquiry,
Could you please attach a working environment with the n files?

If possible, please also provide a screenshot of the program running. This will help us resolve the issue.

        Best regards,
        HARK Support team.

          Thank you for replying,

I have attached the screenshot of the program running and my working environment (as practice1.zip) which I took from 23rd Hark seminar 2024 (https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/12HxHRWdB8zaqNRimXFqx-Q8kjEa0TXpY). You can also find in drive folder Ubuntu22.04_Native/tutorial.tar.gz

I couldn’t add the practice1.wav and tamago_rectf.zip because it exceeds the maximum file size. But it is the same as in hark drive folder(tutorial.tar.gz->/HARK_tutorial_2024/practice1/data).

            Sorry for the late reply.

Is the attached n file(practice1-1.n) obtained from tutorial.tar.gz?
When I ran it here, the azimuth angle was displayed correctly.

If you created it yourself or edited it on HARK Designer, double-click DisplayLocalization and check its properties. If the value of PLOT_TYPE is not AZIMUTH, that’s the problem.

            Best regards,
